Just make sure your item is in its original condition. As soon as we receive it we will provide you with a refund or send you the item you wish to exchange for.

    However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, our watches come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. If something does go wrong then please just contact us on hello@shoreprojects.com and our team will be on hand to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
