    One of our most exciting features is the innovative strap mechanism, making it easy to swap straps on a daily basis, transforming the watch in just a few seconds so you'll never need to tire of wearing the same shade or design day-in-day-out.

    The nylon top surface of the Classic straps, especially the lighter ones can become discoloured over time. You can wash it with warm water and soap or put it in a wash bag and then in the washing machine on the lowest temperature setting. It's been tried and tested and comes out looking like new!

    Within 21 days of receiving your order you can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different item.

    All you need to do is contact us on hello@shoreprojects.com and one of our team will provide you with the return address and a unique reference number. Just make sure your item is in its original condition. As soon as we receive it we will provide you with a refund or send you the item you wish to exchange for.

    However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, our watches come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. If something does go wrong then please just contact us on hello@shoreprojects.com and our team will be on hand to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
